We intend to be a solution provider worldwide for people in preparing and serving healthy food to their beloved ones and customers, in an easier, more hygienic, and more user-friendly way.

To achieve our intention, we produce and market knives and pastry equipment which are “on purpose” Sharp, Stainless and SuperDesigned.

Our journey started in 1879 in Bursa and evolved across five generations to reach a daily production capacity of 25.000 pieces of knife and pastry equipment, hence the capacity leadership in the region covering Eastern Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

With more than 250 family members based in our home base in Bursa, we reach our utmost happiness, when we make a smile on professional chefs, pastry chefs, butchers, and home chefs in Turkey and 80+ countries in the world.
