Invitation Only Istanbul event is aiming to connect reliable Turkish manufacturers with global buyers. We've curated a dynamic program, scheduling the majority of two-day meetings in advance while allowing flexibility for additional meetings during the event.

Participation is straightforward. Just fill in the application form and submit your request with your company information. Upon your application, our dedicated team will craft your personalized meeting schedule, which will be sent to you two weeks prior to the event, ensuring a smooth and productive experience.

When you arrive to Istanbul, we'll extend a warm welcome at the airport and provide comfortable transportation to your hotel in a private van. On the morning of May 27, we'll escort you to the event venue in the heart of Istanbul, conveniently located near your hotel. There, you'll receive a comprehensive meeting kit and kick-start your scheduled meetings.

While English is the primary language spoken by all participating Turkish companies, should you prefer another language and notify us in advance, we'll gladly provide an interpreter to assist you during your meetings.
